First of all, you must already to have created and configured dialer task. Now, open menu Integrations and press Import members SQL:

General

  • Name - Any name for this task
  • Delete all members before import - enable this if you wish to purge all members before adding the new members.
  • Web service URL - URL to the SQL4Dialer Service 
  • Token - You domain token
  • Expire after - If you wish to stop making calls after sometimes, please, add this here. Can be: m - for minutes, h - for hours and d - for days.
  • Cron Job -  If you wish to schedule executing this action, please, use crontab format.

SQL

All SQL connection and database parameters are here:

  • Connection string - the connection string to the MS SQL
  • Table name - the table name with the dialer members
  • Primary column - the primary column in the dialer member's table
  • DataTime column - the DateTime column in the dialer member's table. The Webitel will update this column after posting the member into the dialer.
  • Custom filter - some additional SQL filters. If you don't know, leave it empty.
  • PRE EXECUTE - SQL Stored Procedures executed before SELECT. If you don't know, leave it empty.
  • POST EXECUTE - SQL Stored Procedures executed after SELECT. If you don't know, leave it empty.
