В левом меню находится список всех доступных переменных в документах. Вы можете выбрать любую из них и вывести в реестр с помощью кнопки Add:
После того, как будет настроен реестр, Вы можете его экспортировать в CSV/XLS файл, либо скачать архив с записями разговоров:
С помощью пункта меню Save - есть возможность сохранять настройки представления, а Open позволяет открыть уже сохраненные настройки.
Переменная удаляется с представления с помощью кнопки remove.
