Discover consists of a filtering string, to quickly search for documents, a list of available variables and the main view:
In the upper left corner there is an opportunity to choose an index:
In the left menu is a list of all available variables in the documents. You can select any of them and bring it to the registry using the Add button:
After the registry has been configured, you can export it to a CSV / XLS file, or download an archive with conversation records:
Using the Save menu item, you can save the presentation settings, and Open allows you to open already saved settings.
The variable is removed from the view using the remove button.
By clicking on the variable name, you can view the values or create a quick visualization:
By clicking on the black triangle, you can open and view the entire JSON document:
If there is an associated audio file for the call, you can listen to it on the Recordings tab:
