1. Description

This tab specifies access rights to applications and partitions of these applications.

By default, everything is allowed.

Access to applications is determined using the Access switch:

- the switch is on - access is allowed;

- the switch is off - access is denied.

Access to partitions (present in the Supervisor Workspace, Admin and Audit applications) is determined by the presence of a checkbox in the module window (Fig.2, Fig.3 and Fig.4), which opens when you click on the edit application button .

Select the checkbox (Fig.3(2)) - access is allowed.

Clear the checkbox (Fig.3(1)) - access is denied.

Click the OK button to save. The modal window will close. Click the Save button (Fig.1).

2.1. Grant access to the application

GoalGrant access to the application to another user
Preconditions

The user who has to set the application access right for another user must have the following permissions (sysadmin has all rights from the start):

  1. Access to the Admin application.
  2. Access to the Roles partition in the Admin application;
  3.  Permission to edit in the Roles partition.
Steps:
  1. Find the application you need.
  2. Set the Access switch to the on position.
  3. Click the Save button.
ResultThe user has been granted the right to access the application.

2.2. Grant access to a partition

Goal

Grant access to a partition

Preconditions
  1. Access to the Admin application.
  2. Access to the Roles partition in the Admin application;
  3.  Permission to edit in the Roles partition.
Steps:
  1. Find the application to which the partition belongs.
  2. Set the Access switch to the on position.
  3. Click the edit application button - .  A modal window opens.
  4. Find the required partition and select the checkbox for this partition.
  5. Click the OK button. The modal window closes.
  6. Click the Save button.
Result

The user has permission to access the partition.

2.3. Revoke the right to access an application

GoalRevoke the right to access the application
Preconditions
  1. Access to the Admin application.
  2. Access to the Roles partition in the Admin application;
  3.  Permission to edit in the Roles partition.
Steps:
  1. Find the application you need.
  2. Set the Access switch to the off position.
  3. Click the Save button.
ResultThe user does not have the right to access the selected application.

2.3. Revoke the right to access a partition

Revoke the right to access a partition

Preconditions
  1. Access to the Admin application.
  2. Access to the Roles partition in the Admin application;
  3.  Permission to edit in the Roles partition.
Steps:
  1. Find the application to which the partition belongs.
  2. Click the edit application button - .  A modal window opens.
  3. Find the required partition and clear the checkbox for this partition.
  4. Click the OK button. The modal window closes.
  5. Click the Save button.
Result

The user does not have permission to access the partition.
