The update of the operators is performed entirely, if any of the records for the details of the Dialing Operators are added / deleted, the process that sends the current list of operators to the Dialer Webitel is called. The process is shown below:
Important! When deleting all operators from the working dialer, Dialer Webitel will be stopped, because there are no operators for the distribution of calls. After adding the operators, the call must be restarted.
