The first to start the process is "Sending data to create a dialer webitel", which is triggered automatically when a new entry is added to the Dialer page. As part of the process, the subprocess “Create Webitel dialer” is launched, which takes the Calling ID parameter — the ID of the created record in the Dialer page.
The process "Creating a Webitel dialer" has a branch by type of dialer - Voice Broadcasting or the default stream (Predictive Dialer). Depending on the type of the dialer that was defined in the element Read dialer, the corresponding request will be sent to the Webitel API to create a new dialer:
After successful completion of the process, the value of the WebitelDialerID field will be set in the Dialer Page.
