1) Have already created user in Creatio.

2) Go to System Designer - Lookups - Telephony - Webitel Users - Open Content


3) Create new Webitel user by pressing button New

Attention! If in the next menu you see that the system automatically created a user with the same name as you need, this user should be deleted and created manually.

4) Enter details

  • Contact - choose user from Creatio for whom create telephony account
  • User login - specify the login, which will also be the internal number of the employee.
  • Password (is also a password to the Webitel WebClient)
  • Role - choose role (User is recommended)

And click Save.


 

After that, this user will be displayed in the Webitel system (in Directory -> Users):
