Visualize allows you to create new visualizations or edit existing ones.

Types of visualization:

To create a new visualization, you must select one of the pre-configured types:

Specify data source:

You can create your source in Discover or select one of the basic indexes:

  • cdr-a - A side of the call. Primary leg of the call. On it constructs all reports on a call. Preferred choice for a call report.
  • cdr-b - B side of the call. The second leg of the call. Using it builds reports with distribution to operators or by call switching chains.
  • cdr - Combined index A and B sides of the call.
  • accounts - Indexcontains a history of changes in the status of Webitel users.

After selecting the source, the visualization designer opens:

  1. Filter menu and save panel
  2. Aggregate Indicator Builder
  3. Preview
