2) Go to System Designer - Lookups - Telephony - Webitel Users - Open Content

4) Enter details
- Contact - choose user from bpm'online for from Creatio for whom create telephony account
- User login - specify the login, which will also be the internal number of the employee.
- Password (is also a password to the Webitel WebClient)
- Role - choose role (User is recommended)
